Thank you for shopping with OCB Designs by Olga.
This Shipping Policy explains how and when your digital products are delivered.

1. Digital Products Only

All products available on www.ocbdesignsbyolga.com are digital downloads.
No physical items will be shipped to you.

Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive:

A download link on the confirmation page, and/or
A confirmation email with your download details.

2. Delivery Time

Digital downloads are available immediately after payment confirmation.
Most customers receive access within a few minutes.
If you do not receive your files within 1 hour, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us for assistance.

3. Download Access

You can download your files directly from:

The order confirmation email, or
Your customer account (if applicable).

Please ensure that your internet connection is stable when downloading.
If you have trouble accessing your files, contact us at info@ocbdesignsbyolga.com, and we’ll resend your download link.

4. No Physical Shipping

Because all items are digital, no shipping fees apply.
We do not require your physical address unless it’s needed for billing verification.

5. Lost or Missing Downloads

If you lose your digital files or cannot access your downloads for any reason, please contact us with your order details.
We’ll gladly resend your files at no extra cost, provided the original purchase can be verified.

6. Incorrect Email or Order Details

Please make sure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.
If there is a typo or incorrect information, your download link may not reach you.
If this happens, email us at info@ocbdesignsbyolga.com, and we’ll correct it.
