Once a digital file has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be “returned.”
For this reason, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

2. No Returns or Exchanges

Because our products are delivered electronically, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase.
Please make sure you read product descriptions carefully before buying to ensure the files meet your needs.

3. Damaged or Missing Files

If your file is corrupted, missing, or not as described, please contact us immediately at info@ocbdesignsbyolga.com.
We’ll gladly review your order and provide a replacement or reissue your download link at no extra cost.

4. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital item more than once, please contact us with proof of both transactions.
We’ll issue a refund for the duplicate order.
